LOgroup Egg Yolk Powder for Sale is made up by using spray died pasteurized egg yolks. It is an excellent emulsifier and highly rich in lecithin. Once the egg yolk powder is opened for use, it should be stored in the refrigerator. It contributes heavily in the keeping of recipes and fetters the ice crystal formations.

Storage:

Egg yolk powder must be kept in dry condition and out of the direct light. Room temperature must be in between 15 to 20°C and do not refrigerate!

Packaging:

5-25kg net weight per box, packaging in a cardboard with polybag.

Application:

It is often used with liquid soy lecithin, water, egg yolk, and MSG. Extensively used in ice cream and milk products. Sauces, noodles, industrial bakeries, and Mayonnaise etc.
